Expense Reports - Nicknames

An expense report was rejected because the hotel recorded his nickname on the receipt.  The DAS Travel Team clarified and decided that nicknames that are commonly associated with a formal first name would be acceptable.  The particular example in question was 'Bob' for 'Robert'.   DFM will process it without rejection, if comments are notated that explain it was used.
