Panelist - Completing Banking Information

Background:  Foreign Traveler did not complete banking information, as he was told he did not need to.  DAS Travel escalated the question to Joan Goetzinger, DAS IT Proj Mgr.  She replied that he would need to complete in order to be reimbursed.  If he wants to waive payment, he does not have to do anything further except for sending an email to the program assistant stating he does not want to be reimbursed.
